CONSENT FOR THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACCOMMODATION BOOKING AND PAYMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation \u2013 GDPR), by signing this consent form, I hereby give my explicit consent to VOMER d.o.o.<\/strong>, with its registered office at Ore\u0161kovi\u0107eva ulica 1, Zagreb<\/strong>, VAT ID: 91410977115<\/strong>\u00a0(hereinafter: the Data Controller), for the collection and processing of my personal data for the following purposes:<\/p>\n

  • Booking of accommodation on my behalf,<\/li>\n
  • Execution of payment for the accommodation,<\/li>\n
  • Communication related to the aforementioned service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n


    The personal data collected and processed may include (but are not limited to):<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Full name<\/li>\n
    • Residential address<\/li>\n
    • Personal identification number (if applicable)<\/li>\n
    • Contact details (email address, telephone number)<\/li>\n
    • Booking-related information (e.g., check-in and check-out dates)<\/li>\n
    • Payment-related information (e.g., IBAN, account or card details, if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n


      All personal data will be used solely for the purposes stated above and will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the accommodation booking and comply with legal obligations of the Data Controller.<\/p>\n

      The Data Controller guarantees that all personal data will be treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable legislation and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary to fulfill the service (e.g., with accommodation providers or financial institutions for payment processing).<\/p>\n

      I am aware that I have the right to:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • request rectification of inaccurate data,<\/li>\n
      • request erasure of data (\u201cright to be forgotten\u201d),<\/li>\n
