House rules

Dear Guests,

We are pleased to welcome you and wish you a pleasant stay at our campsite. We are committed to providing excellent service both at the reception and throughout the rest of the campsite. Our staff is here to make your stay carefree, relaxing, and full of pleasant, unforgettable moments. Therefore, we kindly ask you to read the following useful information carefully.

• Upon arrival at the campsite, every guest is required to check in at the reception.
• Check-in is available daily from 15:00 to 19:00, and check-out is from 10:00 to 11:00.
• Guests must leave the campsite by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Any additional stay beyond this time will be charged as an extra day. When leaving the campsite, guests must present their receipt.
• The entrance gate opens at 6:00 a.m. and closes at midnight (24:00). Outside of these hours, guests can park their vehicles in the designated parking area near the reception until the following morning.
• We kindly ask guests to respect peace and quiet during rest hours: from 14:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. The management reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest who does not comply with the house rules or disturbs other guests.
• It is forbidden to use electrical appliances with a total power exceeding 1,500 watts.
• Please take care of the campsite equipment, trees, flowers, and greenery. Likewise, please dispose of waste only in the designated bins.
• ogs are welcome in the campsite, provided they do not disturb other guests. Owners are fully responsible for any damage caused by their dogs. Dogs must be under the owner’s control at all times and are not allowed on the beach or in the sanitary facilities.
• Washing cars or trailers on the campsite grounds is prohibited.
• The following are prohibited: a) lighting fires, b) letting dogs roam off-leash, c) bringing explosives or flammable materials into the campsite.
• The campsite management is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage. Guests are advised to take care of their belongings. Valuables may be stored at the reception for safekeeping.
• Please hand in any lost and found items to the reception.
• Unregistered guests will be charged double the standard camping fee from the time of their arrival or a minimum of 10 days’ camping fee.

Please read these instructions carefully to ensure proper use of the campsite’s entry and exit system.

The campsite is not liable for any damages caused by improper use of the system!

• VEHICLE ENTRY / EXIT (barrier gate):
  • Stop the vehicle in front of the barrier!!!
  • The barrier will lift automatically; entry/exit is then allowed.
  • After the vehicle passes, the barrier will lower automatically.
  • Entry/exit hours: 06:00 – 24:00
• PEDESTRIAN ENTRY / EXIT (turnstile gate) – access is only possible with a wristband:
  • Hold the wristband up to the reader.
  • Push the gate handle forward.
  • Entry/exit hours: 00:00 – 24:00

Any attempt to misuse the wristband will result in its confiscation and denial of further stay at the campsite.
